James Collins excited for new season

West Ham defender James Collins said that he is excited about the new season. He said that the team is buzzing with excitement and that they want to push for a European place at the end of the season.

He said that last season was a bit difficult as they had to get used to their new surroundings especially for the home games but that things have settled down now. He said that it was tough last season as their fans were quite far from the action and that has impacted their performance.

But he feels that this season will be better as both the players and the fans are used to their new surroundings, and he anticipates that there will be a good atmosphere for their home games.

James Collins believes that West Ham has a good squad and that there is no doubt that the manager will be looking to strengthen the team during the transfer window. He said that the objective of the team is to qualify for the European competitions and that they will be hoping that they have a good season.

When asked about transfer rumors, James Collins said that these are only rumors and that there are no contacts that have been made with other clubs. He stated that he is focused on his current contract and that he wants to work hard in training and make sure that he is ready when the club needs him.

He believes that West Ham can have a great season this year and it is up to the players to give their best on the pitch. He said that the manager is always here to listen to their suggestions but it is ultimately the players that play on the pitch and it is up to them to fight for results.
